I am a student at Ōtaki College in Ōtaki, NZ. My blog is a place where I will be able to share some of my learning. Please note....some work won't be edited - they are just my first drafts, so there may be some errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas on my posts.

Lockdown Writing
So today is the day we had thought lockdown might lift. We have been in level four for 4 weeks now, but on Monday the Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern announced we will stay in Level four until 11.59pm on Monday the 27th of April, and then move to Level 3. For me, Level 3 won’t really be much different, except that I’ll be able to do more shopping - online and contact less, but more shopping. I’m looking forward to being able to order some takeaways. Four weeks of cooking and eating at home everyday is probably the longest I've gone without some sort of bought food since I was a kid!
I am quite enjoying working from home, being able to connect online with people is so great! I have often thought how lucky we are with the technology we have at the moment, if this had happened 10 years ago, it would have been a very different experience for me.
I hope you are all going ok in your own bubbles. I do really look forward to being able to see people face to face again.
